I had a great stay at this hotel located in the state park, boasting a unique atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, but could benefit from some updates, especially the carpet. The door leading out to the pool area let in a lot of cold air, yet the overall experience was quite nice.

Rooms
7.0
My room was big enough and had a door going out to the pool area, though it did let in a lot of cold air.
Service
9.0
The service was superb, the staff went out of their way to assist me with anything I needed. The front desk staff had pictures of hunting conquests on display.
Location
9.0
The location was excellent, right in the Hot Springs State Park with easy access to the river and attractions like the Water Park. The proximity to Yellowstone was also a plus.
Dining
6.0
Dining was not as good, with limited options and omelettes in plastic packaging. However, the food was delicious with a nice variety of items.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were good, but there were some areas that could use updating for better comfort.

5.4/10

The hotel had some drawbacks with run-down rooms and dirty carpets, but the staff was very friendly and professional. The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions. The dining options had a mix of high-tech selections and traditional choices. Overall, it was an average stay with room for improvements.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were run down and the carpets were dirty. Location had no vacancies of exposed dumpsters overflowing with trash directly across from my room.
Service
7.0
The staff were very friendly and professional. Ground floor staff dealt well with the smell. Housekeeping services were average, and welcome drink offered upon arrival.
Location
6.0
The hotel is within walking distance to the State park Bath House and two commercial bath houses. Close to a park and near the Hot Spring Park that we wanted to see and soak.
Dining
5.0
The dining options were a mix of high-tech choices like a spaceship pancake machine and candy cereal, but lacked basic healthy options. Breakfast included traditional continental options plus pancakes, muffins, cereal, danishes, and fruit, with mixed quality.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities were in need of updates and could use improvements.

6.6/10

My stay at the hotel was a mix of ups and downs. The rooms, although a bit small and old-fashioned, were surprisingly clean and comfortable, making for a decent stay overall. The service was a bit lacking in some areas but did have bright spots in the friendly staff members. The location was a standout feature with its proximity to the Hot Springs State Park, although the slight sulfur smell was a bit off-putting. The dining experience was underwhelming, especially considering the hotel has a restaurant on-site. However, the facilities offered some enjoyable amenities to make up for it.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms, although old and unimpressive, were still clean and comfortable.
Service
6.0
While some aspects of the service could use improvement, the staff members, especially the hotel manager, were welcoming and accommodating.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location is a definite highlight, situated right in Hot Springs State Park and next to the Big Horn River.
Dining
5.0
The dining options left much to be desired, lacking in variety and quality, even with the presence of an on-site restaurant.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel offers a nice mineral hot tub and other amenities that enhance the overall stay.
