Reviews and Ratings
I had a great stay at this hotel located in the state park, boasting a unique atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, but could benefit from some updates, especially the carpet. The door leading out to the pool area let in a lot of cold air, yet the overall experience was quite nice.
The hotel had some drawbacks with run-down rooms and dirty carpets, but the staff was very friendly and professional. The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions. The dining options had a mix of high-tech selections and traditional choices. Overall, it was an average stay with room for improvements.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of ups and downs. The rooms, although a bit small and old-fashioned, were surprisingly clean and comfortable, making for a decent stay overall. The service was a bit lacking in some areas but did have bright spots in the friendly staff members. The location was a standout feature with its proximity to the Hot Springs State Park, although the slight sulfur smell was a bit off-putting. The dining experience was underwhelming, especially considering the hotel has a restaurant on-site. However, the facilities offered some enjoyable amenities to make up for it.
